Any other questions or thoughts? As a previous student of UofT and one that lived off-campus to boot, I am certainly familiar with the benefit of having off-campus housing such as 55C nearby. Many friends and acquaintances regularly rented in the area, enjoying the comforts of condo living rather than dorm-room lodgings. Have you, or anyone you know, ever had the privilege of off-campus housing during post-secondary education? Would you prefer to be on site or do you think there’s a draw to renting out?
